Caroline “Toni” Meeks is a Certified Yoga Teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Exercise Therapy Specialist.
Private Personal Training & Yoga sessions that are focused on your specific needs. You will gain stability, strength, balance, and mobility/flexibility. Sessions are offered virtually and in person.
Toni studied Yoga in Tulsa, OK at Everyone Yoga School. She completed a 200hr Teacher Training, 32 hours of Gentle Somatic Yoga, TRX Yoga and 45 hours of Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy. She also studied Massage Therapy at Community Care College and Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She is passionate about sharing the many benefits of full body wellness & functional movement specifically with women transitioning through perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause.
