Toni studied Yoga in Tulsa, OK at Everyone Yoga School. She completed a 200hr Teacher Training, 32 hours of Gentle Somatic Yoga, and 45 hours of Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy. She also studied Massage Therapy at Community Care College and Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She is passionate about sharing the many benefits of full body wellness with others especially those with chronic pain, chronic conditions, those looking for weight loss, and people intimated by gyms and fitness.
