What Toni offers:
•Private Yoga Gentle Somatic Yoga, Mindful Movement, Meditation, Pilates, Yoga Flow or a mix.
•Therapeutic Exercise- Personal Training Best for those with Chronic Pain or Conditions. Corrective Exercise which is strengthening underactive muscles and lengthening overactive muscles. You will gain stability, mobility, balance and strength.
Toni also offers Self-Myofascial Release Sessions. You will learn how to use a foam ball and roller. The foam roller isn’t just great to release fascia but can also be used as a prop for balance and strength.
