What Toni offers:
•Private Yoga: Gentle Somatic Yoga, Meditation, Self-Myofascial Release, Trauma Informed Yoga, Mat Pilates, Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, & TRX Yoga.
•Therapeutic Exercise- Personal Training: Specializing in working with women going through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. We will work on different forms of strengthening to help with Osteoarthritis.
Toni also offers Self-Myofascial Release Sessions. You will learn how to use a foam ball and roller. The foam roller isn’t just great to release fascia but can also be used as a prop for balance and strength.
