What Toni offers:
•Private Yoga Gentle Somatic Yoga, Meditation, Self-Myofascial Release, Trauma Informed Yoga, Mat Pilates, Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, & TRX Yoga.
•Therapeutic Exercise- Personal Training Corrective Exercise which is strengthening underactive muscles and lengthening overactive muscles. You will gain stability, mobility, balance and strength. People who gain the most benefit from these sessions are not the typical “gym clients” instead those new to Exercise, experience Chronic Pain or Coniditions, and those looking to work on Functional Movement.
Toni also offers Self-Myofascial Release Sessions. You will learn how to use a foam ball and roller. The foam roller isn’t just great to release fascia but can also be used as a prop for balance and strength.
